What is 4INFO?

4INFO is a free service that lets you manage your account using short text messages.

Send a text message to 4INFO (44636) and wait for a response. Then, select an option from the menu and follow the steps.

How do you use 4INFO for monthly account?

As a monthly client, you can:

  • Check your account balance
  • Check your last payment info
  • Check your usage up to the last two hours
  • Add features to your account

To check your monthly balance and last payment info:

  1. Wait for the following response: “Hey there…” Please reply:
    • A: Account balance/Last payment
    • B: Check minutes
    • C: Add a feature
    • D: Feature info
  2. Select A and wait for this response: “4INFO: Account Balance: You'll get a text message in a few minutes with your account balance.” Reply M: Main Menu.
  3. This message arrives shortly: “Your current balance is $XX.XX. Your last payment was received on Jan. 20, 2011 in the amount of $XX.XX.” Reply M: Main Menu.
